1. Information We Collect

• User-Provided Content: When you use Vimero to edit photos or generate videos, we collect the photos, images, and prompts you provide (“Input”).
• Social Media and Third-Party Logins: We allow you to create an account and log in using email or third-party services (such as Google, Facebook, and Apple). If you choose to register or log in using these services, we will receive certain profile information about you from the third-party provider, which typically includes your name, email address, and profile picture. We use this information solely to manage your account and provide the Service.
• Usage Data: We automatically collect certain information when you access the App, including your device’s Internet Protocol (IP) address, device type, operating system, and App usage statistics (e.g., crash logs).
• In-App Purchases: If you purchase a subscription, the transaction is handled by Apple or Google. We do not collect or store your credit card information.

2. How We Use Your Information (and AI Processing)

We use the information we collect primarily to provide and improve our AI editing and generation services.

• Processing Your Files: Your photos and videos are uploaded to our secure servers (or those of our trusted cloud/AI providers) temporarily to process them using external AI models and systems, and return the generated Output to you.
• AI Training Disclaimer: We DO NOT use your personal photos or generated videos to train, improve, or fine-tune our or our providers’ fundamental artificial intelligence models. Your images are used solely to generate the specific edit you requested.

3. Data Retention

Your uploaded photos and generated videos are stored securely on our servers to allow you to access them seamlessly within the App. We retain this content only for as long as you choose to keep it in your account. Once you delete a photo or video within the App, or if you delete your entire account, the associated files are permanently and irreversibly removed from our active servers.

4. Sharing Your Information

We may share your information with third-party service providers that perform services for us or on our behalf, including:

• Cloud hosting providers (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, OVH).
• Providers and infrastructure hosts for our core AI engines, including external AI systems and API providers, which are necessary to process your images and generate video content.

These third parties are bound by strict confidentiality agreements and are permitted to use your data only to provide services to us. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

5. Your Privacy Rights and Account Deletion

Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information:

• Account Deletion: You have the right to request the deletion of your account and all associated personal data. You can delete your account directly within the App by navigating to the Settings menu and selecting “Delete Account.” Alternatively, you can request account deletion by contacting us at contact@vimero.ai. Upon deletion, all your personal data, including login credentials, will be permanently removed from our active servers.
• EU Users (GDPR): You have the right to access, rectify, or erase your personal data, and to restrict or object to our processing.
• California Residents (CCPA/CPRA): You have the right to request access to the specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the right to request deletion, and the right to opt-out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information (Note: We do not sell your personal data).
• Canada (PIPEDA): You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you and to request corrections.

6. Data Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. However, no data transmission over the Internet or wireless network can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

The App is not intended for children under the age of 13 (or 16 in certain EU jurisdictions). We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children. If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it immediately.
